About Me

Welcome! My name is Ifat Sade, and I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist in New Jersey. I feel truly grateful for the opportunity to support children, adolescents, teens, and their families as they navigate challenges, recognize their strengths, and move toward positive and lasting change.

I believe therapy begins with trust and genuine connection. I offer my clients a supportive space where they can feel heard and comfortable being themselves. Together, we explore their experiences, emotions, thoughts, build on their strengths, and develop the confidence to navigate life’s challenges.

I hold a Doctor of Psychology degree and have extensive experience supporting children and families in both school and clinical settings. My background as a school psychologist has given me a unique understanding of how emotional well-being, learning, family relationships, friendships, and school experiences are often interconnected. I also provide parents with consultation and guidance as they navigate their child’s educational and emotional needs.
